Reply to New Subscribers First
An automated welcome message will be sent to them within 3 minutes.
Every new subscriber must receive a personalized welcome message within 30 minutes.
Use the fall back:
dont be shyy (Name) ๐
The goal is to sound natural and inviting, not robotic.
Active Chat List
Maintain a list of active fans you are currently chatting with.
Fans on the active list are excluded from mass messages to prevent overlap and repetition.
Prio replies to Whales ($400 and up lifetime spend) response time to these type of fans must never exceed 5 mins NO MATTER THEIR CAPABILITY TO SPEND DURING THE TIME OF YOUR SHIFT.
Response Time
No fan should go longer than 7 minutes without a response.
Fans must never be left on read. Even if busy, send a short playful placeholder until you can fully engage.
Rapport Building
Do not default to checklist-style questions like where are you from or what do you do or how old are you. Fans feel like they are being interviewed.
Instead, lean into playful observations and teasing. Example: instead of
what do you do for work โ idk why but you sound like someone who pretends to be all serious at work but is secretly up for some trouble ๐.
This way you still gather Big 4 info (name, location, job, age) but in a natural curiosity-driven way.
Fan Notes Tagging
When updating fan notes, always use the standard tag format: Script#.Name.Location.Age.Job
Example: 14.John.Kentucky.44.MechEngr
This allows smooth handovers and prevents repeated questions.
Continuity Between VAs
Always review fan notes before chatting. Never repeat questions that another VA already asked because it breaks immersion and makes us sound scripted.
Example: If Trixia already asked Tom where he is from, Nica should not ask it again. Instead, continue with something like
so tell meโฆ do you actually like living there, or are do you imagine yourself running away?
Tone
Avoid generic affirmations like gorgeous babe x and do not overuse emojis. They feel spammy and lazy.
Fans should not carry the roleplay. The VA must lead with imagination, teasing, and curiosity hooks.
The conversation should feel alive and flirtatious, not mirrored or flat.
Clear the Inbox
All messages received before clock-out must be answered. The VA finishing shift is responsible for closing their queue. The incoming VA should not start the shift by playing catch-up.
Handover Notes
Prepare detailed notes for the next VA on time so they are ready to go the moment they clock in. Notes must follow the format:
Script#.Name.Location.Age.Job
Example: 14.John.Kentucky.44.MechEngr
Under each fanโs tag, write:
This prevents repetition and creates continuity in the fan experience.
Finish Before Clock Out
No VA clocks out until both inbox and handover are complete.
Timing
Every new subscriber must be greeted within 10 minutes of subscribing, unless multiple scripts are actively running and demand priority.
